Seared Tuna (raw in the middle) over warm rice noodles tossed in ginger-sesame-soy sauce plated over mixed greens. Garnish of sesame seeds, and scallions. Drizzle of
balsamic glaze.

Classic Tuna Wrap $9
White flour wrap is layered with house made tuna salad, American cheese, lettuce and tomato.

BLT Sliders
Brioche slider buns with tomato tapenade, sliced plum tomatoes, Pioneer Valley Charcuterie maple pepper bacon, arugula, and melted cheddar cheese. Two $9 Three $11

Asian Noodle Bowl $14
Sautéed shrimp or fried tofu, over fettuccini rice noodles in savory, spicy Southeast Asian broth (contains fish sauce). Dish is drizzled with Kogi Kalbi spicy Korean barbecue sauce and topped with a trio of sautéed napa cabbage, sliced sautéed carrots and spicy seaweed salad. Garnished with toasted sesame oil and toasted black sesame seeds.

Southwestern Black Bean Salad $14
A bed of romaine lettuce topped with red onion, tomatoes, black beans, diced avocado, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, crushed tortillas and a southwestern style black bean burger. Drizzled with chipotle ranch.
